Service Description

This active yoga class will combine principles of Hatha yoga and Vinyasa Flow, with breathing and self-regulating practices to support a balanced nervous system. We will build resilience by activating our nervous system through movement, and use self-regulatory practices to return to a state of equilibrium. This all levels class encourages autonomy to work at your desired level of intensity and is adaptable to physical needs.
