Still Becoming Yoga offers a nervous system centered approach to yoga. You will find a safe place to learn and practice self-regulating and self-soothing tools to stay grounded and present. This practice will help build and support resilience to navigate life changes while staying in connection with ourselves and with others. 

Personalized Approach

An accessible approach to yoga meets you exactly where you are. Offerings include individual and group instruction, both in-person and virtual. Each session is tailord to experience and desired outcome.
